Tuttle Library Minutes
April 10, 2017
Present: Bill Bryk, Colleen Giffin, Ron Haggett, Steve Ullman,
and Margie Warner; Kathy Chisholm, Library Director
Ron moved and Steve seconded adoption of the agenda. Adopted unanimously.
Steve moved and Ron seconded adoption of the Minutes from the March 20,2017 meeting.
With the inclusion of Kathy’s name among those in attendance, approved unanimously.
Steve moved and Colleen seconded the nomination of Ron as Treasurer. Adopted unanimously.
Colleen moved and Ron seconded Colleen’s nomination as Chair. Adopted unanimously.
Colleen moved and Ron seconded the nomination of Steve as secretary. Adopted unanimously.
Ron presented the Treasurer’s Report.
Kathy presented materials to the Trustees concerning proposed cuts in federal
government support for New Hampshire libraries. Trustees should contact federal and state legislators.
Steve reported on the recent activities of the Antrim Historical Society.
Trustees then examined the resumes for applicants for the Library Director’s position.
The Trustees agreed to meet on Tuesday, April 25th at 6 p.m. in executive session to further the search process.
The staff evaluation project is underway.
The Trustees thanked Margie Warner for her years of dedicated service as Chair.
Ron moved and Colleen seconded a motion to adjourn. Adopted unanimously.
